What is your service area?
We live and operate our business in Frederick County, Maryland.
What types of animals do you care for?
Most of our experience is with dogs and cats but, as a registered veterinary technician, I also have hands-on experience with other companion animals. During our “Meet and Treat” we will discuss the specific needs of your pet(s).
How far in advance can I schedule pet care?
Scheduling can be done as early as 4 months in advance.
How long does it typically take for you to respond to a request?
Requests will be answered with in 24 to 48 hours Monday through Friday.
What are your typical fees for pet care?
Our fees are listed under the Services section in the main menu and that will give you a good idea of costs. A custom care review will be emailed to you after your “Meet and Treat” and it will break down the cost of the care discussed during our meeting.
What is your cancellation policy?
Our current cancellation policy is that clients are responsible for any scheduled visits cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
When is payment for services due?
Payment is due at the end of last scheduled visit.
